Busy, Happy and Missing Everyone!

It's been a really busy week for me, working lots of hours and getting my house not only cleaned, but organized. It's very cleansing going through closets and drawers and getting rid of all those silly things we keep for some reason, over the years. Whenever I do this, I always vow to be better at throwing or giving things away as I go. Hope I can stick to that this time!

So, I work today from 12:30 to 8:00pm, then it's home to set up tables and prepare for my WHOLE family coming for Easter! Can't wait to see everyone! The weather has been so cold and rainy all week, but it sounds like we're going to luck out tomorrow. . . .sunny and close to 60. Maybe spring is finally deciding to come around. I certainly hope so!

I stayed up quite late last night so I could make a little card. With my busier than usual week, I've only found time to get creative here and there. Here's my card, made with some fave Hero Arts stamps and colors that I love! I chose the sentiment because you all make me smile! :)

I've also had no time to comment on Flickr or blogs and it feels so strange not to do that! I want all of you to know that I've still been checking in and looking at the fabulous cards you've been making. I will get back to a more normal (commenting) schedule soon!

I hope you all have a very Happy and Blessed Easter! Sending hugs. . . :)

Flowers, Bunnies and Fun! Oh My!

At the store where I work, Springtime is busting out all over, especially in my floral department and I am loving every inch of it! Not only is everything colorful, bright and fun, there is also an amazing aroma coming from the flowers! I've had lots of customers lately pass by the department, stop and comment on how lovely it smells, then they usually end up buying a plant. Love when that happens!

Okay, enough talk. On with the show. . . . . . .enjoy the photos!

First up, lots and lots of fabulous, flowering, colorful plants!

Yummy, yellow Mums.

Pretty, pink Hyacinth.

The beautiful, blue Hyacinth (my personal favorite.) I could plant my nose right there in the middle and walk around with it like that ALL DAY! mmmmmmm!

Then of course there is the gorgeous Gerbera Daisy! Love these variegated ones!

Look at this one! Those of you who know me well, know why I love it!

And here's a similar Gerbera in a cute Easter box. I started out with fifteen of these and there are only two left. . .go figure. . .

We also have these radiant, Rieger Begonias.

Here is the inside of a red Tulip. . .stunning color!

And of course the elegant Easter Lily.

Now for some cute decor.

A sweet birdhouse. . . .

. . . .that hangs alongside these cute, egg wreaths.

Wonderful pastel colors. . . .love!

Some fun pot covers.

And there are bunnies, bunnies and more bunnies!

This one has a tummy made with a ball of yarn!

Bunny balloons too. . . .so fun for the kids!

And last but not least, these are the two large bunnies that greet you as you walk into the store.

I'm very lucky to work where I do! No matter what the weather is like outside, it's always sunny inside! As I type this, it's only 35 degrees, with rain and a few snow flurries too. We're thankfully not suppose to get much accumulation of the cold, white stuff, but not too far from here they received 8 inches! Our weather report does say that it's suppose to be sunny with 60, glorious degrees on Easter Sunday, so we will be able to sit outside on my deck. . .yay!

I hope you've enjoyed the photos and Happy Easter to everyone! :)
