I was sent some fabulous products and I had so much fun playing with them! I've made 6 cards for you, so let's get started. I should warn you though, you're about to see lots of pink. But hey, it's summer so ya can't blame me. Lol!
(All products used are listed below in the affiliate links, at no cost extra to you.)
I love this Hibiscus Frame die! I actually didn't use the frame portion but instead, took each petal of the flower, colored them with Zig Markers and Copics, then adhered them back into the hibiscus shape. I love how it turned out! And the sentiment? It's from the Vacation Time stamp set. There are so many fun sentiments in that set!
This beauty is the Debra die and I love it. So intricate. Just think of all the different ways you could use it! I decided to keep mine white and adhere it with foam tape to a colorful, tropical background, created with Distress Inks. And that is another sentiment from the Vacation Time set.
Another fab sentiment from the Vacation Time set. I love how large and bold some of them are! The flowers are from a coloring book that was given to me by a crafty friend. I was practicing my no-line coloring and wanted to use the page on a card. I thought the flowers ended up looking tropical and would go perfect with that sentiment.
Are ya sick of pink yet? I hope not, 'cause I got one more.
I used the smaller flowers in the, Strangeness stamp set and popped them up against a pretty, peachy background. This time I used Distress Oxide Inks.
Okay, that's it for pink. Whew - sorry! What can I say? I was in a summery, tropical mood with all the fun vacation-themed products.
Next up are some cuties on a beach!
Can ya stand it?! Look at that mermaid kitty! Ack! So cute! And the dog sittin' in his flamingo floatie is pretty darn adorable too, don't ya think? This set is called, Summer Cuddly Critters. I colored them with Copics and the background was done with Distress Inks. And yes, that sentiment is another one from the Vacation Time set.
For my last card, I used the larger image from the, Strangeness set.
I used Copic Markers and the sentiment is from the, Miss You Block die. I only used the letters.
That's it for my stop - I hope I've inspired you. Thanks so much for stopping by! Next up on the hop is the fabulous and talented, Lisa Addesa!
Hugs, ♥
