Simon Says Stamp May Release!!!

Hey guys!

I'm really excited for Simon's new release! It's absolutely awesome and I had so much fun playing with some of the new products they sent to me, so let's get right to it!

All products used are listed below in the thumbnails, along with the whole new release. Affiliate links used.

I created six different cards and did some really pretty stamping on a few envelopes too!

There's a new set called, Envelope Greetings and it's perfect for dressing up your envies and making them as special as the card inside.

But it's not just for using on your envelopes.

You can create beautiful cards with this set too! Don't be afraid to cut up the sentiments. It really helps to stretch those supplies.

And here's a couple more cards created using different sentiments from the same set.

On the card above, I also used a fabulous new stamp set called, Perfect Shapes. There are a bunch of different, solid shapes in this set - a square, a star, a heart, a circle and more! And boy, do they stamp beautifully with Distress Oxide Inks! So many fun techniques to try!

More Distress Oxide inks were used on this colorful card but this time I used the adorable die set called, Twisted Stitch Borders. It comes with two different dies that are so cool!

My next two cards were created using two Paintable Prints from the, Suzy's Doodles line. I ADORE using these prints to just sit and color. Then all you have to do is adhere the panel to a card base and you're all set!

I used Zig Markers on each of these panels but they work perfectly with Copics, or any other markers or paints you have on hand.

Aren't those mushrooms adorable? I love how talented Suzy is! And don't forget, when you order these, there are 12 different prints in the pack!

I love how my last card turned out! I must admit, it took me quite awhile to make but I enjoyed the process.

That is actually a die called, Floral Sparkle Wreath. I wanted to try something different, so I used a shim in my Big Shot to EMBOSS with the die, then I colored the raised portions, very carefully, I might add, with Copics.

I decided it would look better if I die-cut the image again, from another piece of cardstock and cut a circle around it, (look closely) then adhere it directly over the original embossed areas. I guess we could call it, embossed, inlaid die cutting. I hope that makes sense! The shimmer comes from a clear Spectrum Noir sparkle pen. The sentiment is from an older SSS set.

Sorry this was so long but as I said at the beginning of my post, I'm really excited about this release and couldn't stop playing! I've already ordered a bunch and can't wait to play some more when it all arrives!

Thanks so much for the visit! ♥
