I'm really excited today because STAMPtember is finally here! For stampers, card makers and crafters, it's the best month of the year!
In case you've not heard of it before, STAMPtember is a month-long celebration of stamping and crafting, hosted by Simon Says Stamp. Make sure you follow their blog every single day this month for fun new releases, a big 2-day blog hop, product collaborations with many of our favorite stamp companies, tons of inspiration, talented guests, giveaways, contests and so much more!
Before I share my cards, Simon's first post for STAMPtember just went live - here's all the new products, with clickable links for your convenience:
I was lucky enough to receive some of the new products and when I sat down to play, boy did I ever play! I've got lots of cards to share, nine to be exact, so I'm just going to post the photos with very little explanation. If you have any questions, just leave them in a comment below.

The first four cards were created with the same cling stamp called, Ornate Background. It's such a beautiful stamp and one that you can use with a bunch of different techniques. Love that! This first one was colored with Copic Markers. Took awhile but I love to color!
For the third one, I used Memento Markers, coloring directly onto the stamp, then spritzing with water before stamping.
There was quite a bit of ink left after stamping, so I just grabbed another piece of watercolor paper and stamped again, resulting in a lighter image but still so pretty!
This next card was created using a pretty, little stencil called, Damask. I only used Peacock Feathers Distress Ink for the shading, applying a darker layer towards the center of each separate image.
Next up is this totally fun set called, Amazing Messages. Those small dots come in the set too!
Now for some elegance! The embossed card front was done using the gorgeous, Cora Textured Embossing Plate. So easy to create a quick and beautiful card!
And how about I throw in a bookmark - with an Adorable Panda?
I used an older SSS set for the letters and thought the, Picture Book Panda Die would be so cute along with them!
Last but not least, one of my favorite sets from this release! The, Under the Sea stamp set is a beauty and has so many cool images!
I white embossed just a few of the NINE images in the set and added color with Distress inks and water. Had to give the whole panel a bit of shimmer too, of course!
I'm sorry this post is so long - if you're still reading, I commend you and thank you! I always want to try and showcase the stamps I receive in a way that gives you guys an idea of how fun they are to play with. I hope I've done that!
You can take a look at the whole release here and don't forget to check-in each day, over at the SSS blog, for a ton of fun all month long!
Happy STAMPtember! ♥
