Hero Arts Virtual Cardmaking Party!

Hey everyone!

I'm so excited today! Hero Arts is having a virtual cardmaking party this weekend, to help celebrate Operation Write Home's birthday! OWH is an organization that sends hand made cards to our troops. You can find all the information in the Hero Arts Flickr Group here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/heroarts/discuss/72157624923367320/. There are some restrictions, so before making your cards, please be sure to check out the link above for all the info you'll need.

There will be some fun challenges and random drawings to win some fabulous Hero Arts goodies! I sure hope you'll think about participating in this worthy cause! My hostess sisters and I even have a challenge for you. Check it out here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/heroarts/discuss/72157624923422000/.

I've made one card so far for the occasion. I kept it very simple. Just stamping and embossing. With the blue and silver colors, you don't need to do much more than that. . .such a pretty combo.

Hero Arts would like to reach a goal of 500 cards, so head on over to Flickr whenever you can, in the next couple of days, so we can keep this party going all weekend!

Thanks for stopping by today! :)

Beautiful card Barb. I am sorry I missed the fun over the weekend but my hubby had been away and was just back late on Sat. night and we spent time together as a family yesterday for the day. Looks like everyone had a great time.
