After struggling with this week's card camp colors, I was happy to see the post today with the additional colors. Here they are. I decided I loved the fourth one down with the purples, light green, silver and white.
I took out one of my favorite flower stamps from Hero Arts called, Tall Flower and got started. I embossed the image in silver on both the card base and another piece of white cardstock. I colored the image with Copic markers then cut out the flowers and popped them up onto the card base image. The darker areas of the flowers look black in the photo but they are actually a dark purple color.
I used a line and dot embossing folder for the card base and the light green ribbon is Hero Hues.
I have some really exciting news that I will be sharing with you sometime next week! I'm not only excited but a little nervous too. Can't wait to tell you about it!
We are starting to get some VERY HOT and humid weather. Saturday will be in the 90's and Sunday is suppose to be 98 degrees! That's right, here in Minnesota, it's not always a frozen tundra and no matter how hot it gets, I don't complain because it's a whole lot better than trying to shovel 3 feet of snow!
Thanks for coming by! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! :)

This is gorgeous Barb.
The elegant regal purple, and you have successfully captured this in your card, it is very much an under-used colour, but I love its intensity, and by using the hint of green you have softened it's power.
Did you know that women often cite Purple as their favourite colour!!!!
I know, useless information.
Smiles:)
