Since the design team gals were all using Washi Tape, it was the perfect opportunity to pull out my new, Martha Stewart, Halloween Tape.
I placed two strips of the dotted tape onto some cardstock, then used dimensional adhesive to pop them up. I did the same thing with the Hero Arts pumpkins after stamping, cutting and coloring them.
